I've had almost everything on the menu. Everything is good. The only issue is that we live in Fort Collins and have to drive, which we do because it's worth it. Please open in Fort Collins or near by. You would be successful
Teocalli Guacamole
The sample size of this guac should stay on the menu. Also, bring back the fresh peppers on it instead of pickled pepper - the fresh made it better. Same with the traditional guacamole.

Incredible food! Fresh ingredients, perfect balance of flavor, juicy and perfectly cooked meat, meal size was perfect, and a beautiful presentation. Asked for no cheese and that was nicely granted! Not to mention highly professional staff that is always positive and knowledgeable. 200% recommend.

Best restaurant in Northern Colorado. Great vibe and staff is always so friendly. We moved from SO Cal 5 years ago and we have said from day one, Teocalli is the best Mexican around. The new Longmont decor and vibe just brought the town up 100 notches. Needed!
